Private or group challenges (including free & paid 5-Day, 30-Day, and advanced programs).

We may update, add, or remove materials at any time to improve the participant experience.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because coaching involves intellectual property and live interaction, no refunds are issued once materials or sessions have been accessed.
If a payment plan is chosen, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled.
4. Coaching Disclaimer
We are coaches and educators — not financial, legal, tax, or mental-health professionals.
All information shared is for educational and informational purposes only.
Results vary widely depending on effort, experience, and execution.
We make no earnings guarantees. Any examples or income figures are illustrative, not promises.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
Participate fully, complete assigned micro-challenges, and take personal accountability.
Refrain from copying, sharing, or reselling our proprietary frameworks or content.
Maintain confidentiality of all group or coaching discussions.
Use the program ethically and comply with local laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, videos, PDFs, logos, and challenge content are the exclusive property of Lilizai Enterprises LLC (DBA Lilizai Coaching).
You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own business use only.
7. Zero No-Show Policy
If you book a call or coaching session and fail to attend without notice, we reserve the right to deny future scheduling.
This ensures our time is reserved for participants who are serious and ready to take action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilizai Enterprises LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
You participate at your own risk and agree to hold us harmless for any business, personal, or financial outcomes.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to that policy and any updates made to it.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse access to any participant who violates these Terms, behaves abusively, or misuses the program content.
